igen5 error xpi-06-5500

    The Igen5 locked up while trying to change nvm 5037. I restarted the computer and now I keep getting an error: Waiting for DFE to connect to complete recovery Service Codes: XPI-06-5500

    I restarted the press, did a total shutdown with resetting breakers, and restarted the Fiery, several times with no luck. At the request by the phone tech I ran a fully reinitialize PSIP. No luck. Any ideas?

    The tech came in and fixed this issue. Not sure what happened but he tells me it just started working after restarting.... which I had done ... but anyway, back to printing!
