igen4 too many colour adjustments

    On long runs with even colour distribution and set points at max. Machine cleaned, done 951 and cmt we still get adjustments every 6-7 minutes. Something is going on as on previous runs we were getting an hour or more between adjusts.
    Any ideas.

    What set points are at Max? What is the colour distribution CMYK wise?

    colour adjustments

    Afternoon Mark.its the toner concentration set at max. About 40-50% coverage for each colour. Carried on running for several hours with same issue.Then with no intervention the problem cured itself for the moment. It will return at some point.

    too many toner adjustments xpe-09-8002

    This was caused by a worn toner drop drawer on Dev tank. Drawer and tc sensor were replaced. On going into psp- nvm read/write- name- tc read. You could see reading fluctuate from 3.9 up to 5.4 within a few sheets.
