Igen 5 Image Transmission Fault

I have an Igen 5 with an XPE-06-1001 Image Transmission Fault. The press boots up and initializes fine but when I try to run Auto Color Management the above fault occurs. When printing any file I use, the page is printed in Magenta only. Waiting on the tech, but wondering if this is a common problem. Restarting or even doing a full initialization doesn't seem to affect the problem.
