Ideal 7228-90 backgauge toothed belt replacement

Does anyone know how to replace this - mine is stripped and needs replacing but I can't figure out how the drive shaft is freed so that the belt can be slipped off the spiral drive shaft plastic belt drive sprocket. Got it off the drive motor side but now stuck as to what to do next.

I figured out the issue.
Part number – 9004 528
Profile - T5
Number of teeth – 105
Length – 525 mm
Width – 10 mm
Material - polyurethane.
My opinion is that the part is standard, you can use any manufacturer.

Hi Sir, yes is possible, that you have reason.
Most manufacturer, they doing the same: Like the manufacturers of Fitness machines= Treadmill, and so on.

Found the belt, just a standard type belt details as follows..
T5 - 450 - 10 GAT Gates PU Timing Belt
Synchro-power T5 Pitch 10 x 450mm 90T

Yes, works perfectly and is exactly the same as the one we replaced Chock
