Ideal 4850 95EP Guillotine Help

Hello!

A customer phoned me to look at their Ideal 4850 95EP machine; apparently the cutting blade won't rise and subsequently they have documents now jammed underneath said blade!

Would somebody be so kind to forward me a Service Manual for this machine please and any pointers as to what the issue could be would be most appreciated.

It turns out the issue was that the bearings and mechanisms needed oiling, as they were bone dry.
