The following error codes were displayed on initest;

MSK 7171
TTK 003F
BLT-CON DFFC
KVT 3F0B

Can someone assist me with error code interpretation sheets for these.
We will also appreciate the input of anyone that has experience this problem before.

Does your machine come with VARIANT CODE? OR can you upload the current picture of the VARIANT CODE page from the CPtronic of the machine? Also upload the name of the machine which is written on the name plate with machine serial number. You can call this # (+234-8035376467 or Email: odiorchukwuka@yahoo.com) for assistance.

  • MOZ Error Codes.

    Hi Rajar,
The error codes you posted are typically basic post initialisation codes for MOs with Brushless Dc Drives and as such are error free.
Is your machine safed-up? If yes,What safety position code is displayed on the MID at feeder?.
I believe the real cause of yoiur machine fault has not been found. Probe the CPTronic screen to check that you do noty have safety related issues.

    MOZ Error Codes.

    Hi Rajar,
The codes you displayed are typically post initialisation codes for MOs with
Brushless Motor Drives and as such are errorfree.
I believe you have not given enough info to enable us zero on the problem zone.
What position code is displayed on your machine feeder MID screen? I think you are probably having a safety problem.
Do crosscheck this and let ushave a feedback for further diagnosis.

thanks. i am now away from where the machine is. i wl get back to you if need be when i go back to where it is.

Do you get any problems while running the press... Most of these codes are not used ... except the REK1 and REK 2 errors...

thanks for the response, MID at feedershow error code 15.
SEK - flashing on main panel symbol on CP-Tronic.

Have you checked all emergency stop buttons? Check glass guard safety at delivery.

the press electrician had comfrmed the stop bottons and glass guard switch to be ok. the symbols for the guards goes on and off on the cp-t when activated. the blue safety indicator also goes on and off when stop botton is actuated. SEk still remain on the main panel synbol on cp-t.

    Hi Rajar,
Since you still have SEK fault after checking all u said above,go and select the Sek input/output page on CPTronic screen by actuating the double arrow pushbutton and select sek page in the maintenance menu.
You now have to press and release each E-Stop button which should change corresponding signals from 0 to 1 and viseversa.
Observe which of the buttons that makes no change when actuated and give us a feedback.
    Thanks.

Thanks for your contributions that saw us to the root of the problem.
With the directive from your reply to thread; we found out that only the e-stop at the CP-T has no signal change when actuated.
Further trace along the cable part showed an open circuit on the plug-in box close to unit 2 distribution box.
This was fixed by the electrician and the machine is now ok.
Immense appriciation to all that contributed to the success; Junker, Odior, Aquazi and especially to you: Wunmi-50 for the guidiance.
    Thank you all.

@MRTYMM.... It's a document that contains description of the error codes that appear on CP-Tronics test screens.

    our machine does woRk
    it give SRK 012F
    SLT_CON 0000
    SVT 0000
    SBM 0000

so could you please provide me with Dyn and Init codes?

If machine is running without any fault then don't worry about it.
