I changed the faulty EAK card - the machine displays disturbance Q44

Since I changed the faulty EAK card of the SM74-4, the machine screams and the lubrication; by changing the card, the configuration, and back to the lubrication system in oil, it detects error Q44

I had to check 15fem64 to get the hang of it. Now the machine starts but the grease gun does not start

It seem your machine varient code has been changed accidentally during card chaging .
Had you check SAK2 of other machine Or your card on other machine.

Now you have to change the varient code of the machine. Then this error will go off

The oil pump breaker is tripped if you say you don't have the Q44 then you have to look for the lubrication pump breaker

Now after installing the new card, fault Q44 no no the machine uses Q47.
as Mr Kumar says I believe it is the variant code that is affected.

So I think you have a low stack sm74-4.
The problem you are having is an accidental change in the variant key
There are two types of lubrication.
Oil lubrication is for machines of more than 4 groups with high pile
And grease lubrication is for machines less than 4 groups
So that's why I noticed that your sm74-4 machine has low delivery and it's up to you to confirm.
Then check the variant key and make sure that there is 4 groups
Also make sure your machine has a low delivery the problem will be solved.

NB: according to the connection diagrams Q44 for oil lubrication and Q47 is for grease lubrication, therefore changing one of these two parameters causes this problem and the machine is disturbed

the machine is configured with 4 printing units and at low reception, lubrication is done with grease via Q47 instead of Q44
oddly when changing the faulty EAK card, the machine shows a Q44 fault which is not in the box,

There will be a page in main pannel also for varient code
Do you have eam in cptronic Or fam/fem connetor in cptronic.
Once you confirm then I will tell you how to change the varient keys

I find a temporary solution that I would like to share and ask your opinion, as the machine does not give hand because of the Q47 fault, I connected the +1 to FEM47, the machine gave hand. But after some time the machine lubrication problem signal. I check the lubrication motor does not start, then I connected +1 to FEM30 AND FEM31 and the lubrication motor started, now the machine is in production, but there is the lubrication beep and the interface which flashes and displays pressure 12Bar.see screenshot
otherwise the machine is in production
I would like to know if it would have any inconvenience,
If yes, suggest me some solutions,

Please it is forbidden to start the machine with this method.
Because the machine is running temporarily but after 72 hours the speed will be limited to 8000 rpm at most and if you still run with this problem it will go down to 3000 as a safety measure until it stops.
And there to be able to start the central lubrication and purge the circuit you must be obliged to start the machine which will be blocked for safety measure

As per pix you have both lubrication oil as well as grease.
Can you pls confirm in your machine both are there

Based in your feedback I will send you some more information
