We just bought a WS2000 and we are in need of help.

We are getting an error itm suction is not working properly. Do we need to use an air compressor and what does the gauge need to be set for the psi.

Also, do you know a tech that we can pay to assist us on the telephone for the challenges that we are having with the WS2000?

    Thanks.

Hello, i supose you already fix the itm suction... but if not.. probably you will need to clean the 2 air detection sensors that are inside the tube between itm cover and blower cover itm.

Thanks for your response. No we have not cleaned the sensors. We will try that first. What do we use to clean the sensors?

Will we then need to add the air compressor? If yes, what level of pressure.

Sensors are spring loaded microswitches, if memory serves. When the fan runs, the air moving across the paddles on the sensors closes the switch. If the fan is running, make sure nothing is blocking the path of the air. If they arent closing, bend them slightly to get the paddles more into the airflow. Not sure about the air compressor, but it wouldnt be related to the itm suction.

There was a piece of tape on the itm that was causing a problem.

    Thanks for the help.
