hp indigo 5000 running calibrate bid Engage/Disengage failed

my cyan ink contaminate my magenta ink so i am trying to run bid engage /disengage wizard to to calibrated but it give me this error message attached
1-black ink is not connected to the bid
2-the bid of the ink is not installed
3-the bid of the ink is bypassed
no of the error message is true my machine run all CMYK all the ink are installed but the postion of each ink is
position 1 yellow
position 2 empty
position 3 cyan
position 4 magenta
position 5 black

Did you change ink and bid position in software well?
Need to go to options/press configuration/inks and bids and change the position.
After replace the ink file. Go to install ink/ink replacement/select your ink go next next until the end of wizard and select cyan 4.0
