hp indigo 5000 pc and monitor now power

Hello all , i have a problem no power to the pc and monitor ,the ups work i checked the in and out powered
but when i check the power in the pc cable and pc monitor no power
could you help please ?
i did the fallowing
checked the cable wires between wall and pc cable is fine
i checked the power in the connector in the PDU witch control pc and monitor i found 0 volt

 

i would bypass the pdu. an extension cord to the wall from the pc and monitor should get u running. if that works, im wondering if there is a fuse involved. not that familiar with 5000

 

If all cables are ok, then it's UPS issue. Bypass the UPS, connect cables without UPS.

 

it was the Ru relay not activated we changed and problem was resolved
