How to fill up kodak 5634di chiller?

Does anyone know how to fill up the chiller? We got an used kodak 5634di and connected everything we can do.the machine can be turned on,but the chiller seems not work. The pressure is only 0.2. There is a refill connection under the Guage. But just don't know how to do. Should I connect it to water pipe directly? Should I turn on the chiller st the same time?
