How do I start a new topic or "thread"?

I feel silly reply here, but I cannot POST a new message. I sent you a "private message" on Saturday. Please reply or provide the method to post a new message.
Feel very silly asking this, BUT I JUST CAN'T FIND THE BUTTON!!

To start a new topic or "thread" click on an individual forum -- for example http://www.colorprintingforum.com/2-color-offset-press/
At the top and bottom of the list of threads there is a button titled "New Thread"
that you click to start a new thread or topic.
