If NOT, tight very well the ribbon cable, or flex. look for dirty or bad contact, clean it with

Open up your wiring diagram you start of by changing the CDAB board for the sheet brake motor. Since it is a 74 the boards should be located inside the main cabinet.

Also try to move the sheet brake shaft by hand and see if it is easy to move, if the shaft moves easily and the CDAB is also ok then it could be the motor itself or the cable
