Help with Colour Densitometer

Hi Guys

Can anyone tell how do we use a densitometer when printing four colour work on ryobi?

Should i have one?
How do i use one?
How will it help me by using it?


PS i have found a x-rite densitometer, its for digital copier, would this work for litho work?

if you just want to measure densitys yeah I guess that should work......k -180 c-120 m-135 y-95.....get yourself an idea of what your target density should be if you want to keep color during a production run....
