Help! SM 74 -4, 2008 All safety locks/guards are shown actived. Error 60

SM 74 - 4, 2008 All safety locks/guards are shown actived. Only water chiller and computer Screen gets power. Pneumatic, Air Compressor, CPtronics Displays Unit Switchs Feeder, delivery nothing getting power. In Error menu "60" is displayed when opened error many, all the safty covers are shown open, all locks are shown activated. Help.

How long is this press installed in this location ?#
Was it installed new or is it a second installation ?
Do you have mise in the area ?

This press is just installed few days ago. Its second Installation. It was set up by engineers who had just left. Was perfectly running and did print test. Just today when we powered on it showed error 91. Then we restarted the machine and the error showed up. No mice or rats to cut cables. When the machine is shutdown from console the windows shutdown but machine is not powered down.

My Friend , call the engineer back and tell him to finish his job the right way.....
