did you check fuses and resets in the electrical cabinet?

    Thank you!
I checked and found a broken fuse, and replaced,
But the pile can only go down, not going up.

broken fuse??? do you mean blown fuse? fuses usually blow instead of break. there are usually no visual indications of a blown fuse the type of which would be in your press, although sometimes there may be a discoloration. the way you determine if a fuse is blown is to check continuity with a meter or tester of some sort. if you havent done this then i suggest you check them all with a continuity tester. the main power supply should be off and the press locked out. if all is good with the fuses then check all the resets by cycling the red and black buttons. If these things dont help the situation id think that the next step would be check all the contactors. If your not comfortable around high voltage power id stay out of the boxes and call an electrician. The fact that you needed for me to tell you to check fuses would indicate that perhaps you should stay out of the electrical cabinets. Not tryin to be an *** here im just sayin!!!!

If you mean delivery pile going only down and not up, it's quite simple issue.
Your optical sensor off the upper position of the pile is covered with the spray talc.
Just go on your knees to find them (there are two: sender and receiver) and wipe both sides with your finger .

    Hi Kissme,
I don't like this new version of this forum, it has just eaten my reply.

Clean your delivery upper position sensor (if it 's delivery pile, that's not moving).
There are 2 of them on each side. Go on your knees to see two lenses hidden in the frame
on DS and OS on the high where your pile is usual staying up.
