HELP MESSEGE in QMDI PLUS BLC 1

Hi everyone, i have problem in plus, in black unit we cant burn in left bottom side in monitor shows BLC1

 

It means your Laser Drive Module #1 in the 1st unit needs to be replaced. Sometimes if you are low on coolant or you have your cooling temperature turned down below 19 degrees Celsius you can also get that error.

Low on coolant causes overheating and to cool causes condensation on the board which damages it.

what you think if i try bring temperature in 23 its ok, or i need to replace module?

 

I should say, top up your cooling device and just try and see what is happening.

 

I would say, it's to late now to fix the problem by setting the temperature and pressure in your Technotrans.
You have to change LMD, and take more care of your press in the futre.
By the way: it's always important to keep the press in good conditions, but BLC error can appear even if you do take care.
