HELP !!! canon w8400 "filling ink " and stops in middle and screen freeze

New to this forum



Guys,

Please help me out
Wasting TONS of ink with this


I do have it set NOT to ck Ink levels due to refilling them ourselves and we have to bypass the error every time to print
No Big deal

Here is what is going on :

" Move printer" setting
removed ink carts
reinstall
goes thru "fill ink cycle" and stops in the middle every time on indicator
Print head is moved over from carriage

is there a way to "reset" this to stop it and
get it out of this "fill ink" mode?

also does the nozzles ck but just stops too!

also the panel freeze once in a while in service mode or regular mode

or stops on a service cycle like clean head cycle and just stops


have to unplug for a long while to get it to respond

never finishes fill ink cycle !

print heads are good
even changed them
same thing

IT Does Print when you dont have service modes selected!


I thought there was a general reset

or is the eprom board shot

Please help
