Did you test the Clock for the CPU in MHZ??

1) Before to reset the CPU, you must 100% sure, the a) Vcc in CPU is o.k in tolerance from 0.7% up or down b) CLK, in correct frequency in MHZ, measure with DMM like FLUKE.

2) Please reseat the EEPROM, and RAM, very weel, clean with Special Contacts cleaner ,with carefully.

3) See if the Display, has battery, measure the Voltage, and look very well, for the Ribbon or Flat cable, for loose, dirty, poor contact, break or faulty.

Reset the Cpu, see my own schematic diagrams, for to do it.

  • "System no longer has stability" could have entirely different reason of failure. The SEK error signifies an input at the SEK is not plausible, can you go into the diagnosis tab go into inputs and outputs and open SEK and take a picture of the screen and share it with me.

Proceed with this steps, since you had problem with the power supply in Cpu?,
