    hello dear all,
    please does someone can help us for error code manual.
    we're facing an issue with our Heidelberg SM 74-2P year 2000.
    see attached pic.

    when the hash key appears on screen the machine automatically will not take the paper to print

    It's double sheet sensor. This error stops "Feeder". If there is no sheet at the front lay and side lay then most probably the sensor is damaged.
