    MO = M-Offset
    V = Vier (german for 4) number of printing units in this case 4
    P = Perfector
    PP = Double Perfector
    H = High pile delivery

    MOVPP is a 4 color MO with a perfector between 1 and 2, and a perfector between 2 and 3. This press will have a low pile delivery since it does not have the "H" in its description. The M-Offset was a very basic and adequate printing machine. Your not going to get alot of speed out of the machine and quite likely its going to slur like a sob especially with the double perfector. Before purchasing the machine I would have someone that knows what they are doing take a look at the perfector. If both perfectors are bad it could cost thousands.
