Heidelberg cd memory card problem

Hi, when I load a memory card for a duct setting sometimes it reads number 80 on the small screen on the console and I have no duct setting. I understand that 97 means empty spot on card and I believe 98 means error of some sort. Any advice on anything about the card reader or memory card would be appreciated. Thanks. Hawker
