Please help, we just moved a perfect working large format printer to Lagos, Nigeria. And we have had it installed perfect.
When we power it, it came up with with the following errors on its control screen:
1. Group 5 overflow
2. Ink caddy 1 has expired
3. Ink caddy 5 has expired
We tried to change the ink but there errors still persist.
Can anyone here please help us out?
Background:
I am a computer Technician with many years experience in laser and line printing technology (e.g hp, Epson, Canon, etc).
It is my brother that was using this printer in Switzerland before it was shipped to Nigeria and it was in perfect condition. I have really developed flare for this field and I already possesses technical acumen to move.
