    Hi.
The Roland 700 I'm currently working on prints alot of board 450 mic-600 mic and the feeder foot always snags the sheet as it picks it up.If you move the feeder head outwards it will pick up doubles etc.
Is there a foot for board and one for paper.?
The sheet separators are tapered and seem very flimsy for board and wear out Daily .
When the press is running, everything is on a knife edge with numerous stoppages.
We have tried running off the front sensor rather than the pressure foot
    Any thoughts ?

Yes you need heavier separators as Drukman suggests

    Hi sir
you need to adjust the height between the separator suction cups and the pile sheet in a way to have a large distance between the presser foot and the separator suction cup
