Fatal error communication to the engine failed after the press has initialized

    Dear All respected senior member
    Hello and greetings for the day
    I am stuck in hp indigo 5000
    With two main error
    1. Fatal error communication to the engine failed after the press has initialized
    2. The dci hvps to the ITM drops to zero as I connect the hvps cable to the itm bais
    (No short in bais and itm, blanket removed, no gripper open, no cleaning station tray touching ...
    Please send your valuable suggestions
