Faces Are Coming Very Much Radish

    I have dc260.
    Last time engineer changed my toner & developer with new one and calibrated the machine.
    But Magenta color is coming in very much higher percentage. Magenta color gone out of control.

    For Exp. If I give orange color print it comes like red color.
    Normal faces coming very much radish.
    Pls tell me how can I solve radish print problem..

    Pls anyone help...

    Changed your toner, or developer???
    Have you tried doing an auto gradiation adjustment on the machine again

    Then reset the color profile in your RIP to default and calibrate your RIP again.
