excessive vacuum PU 4

    Hello, I have a DI 46 Pro, and running nice .
    Only sometimes when burning plates the machine stops during the vacuum part (last part before ready)
    Then I get the message : excessive vacuum PU 4.
    Next Question is, What ink areyou all using with temp press.
    I am using Toyo aqualess MZ temp is 22.6 c

    Hi,

    Make sure your cone filters and end filter bags are clean.

    You can do a vacuum test in service after you have cleaned the filters.

    The ink and temp you are using is just fine.
