Error ZSKA 1 M2 Heiderberg PM 74

Good Evening
We have Heiderberg print master 2 colour model year of make is 2008
Im getting this error message ZSKA 1 M2 on the display & feeder is stop same time

please advise

The errors in Dyn Test means:
1. ZSKA 1 M2 FFFB=
Motor M2 from ZSKA 1 board blocked (only three-phase AC stack motor) or plug to motor not plugged in (not with brushless stack motor 500 W and reversing motor).
2. ZSKA 1 M3 FFFB=
Motor M3 from ZSKA 1 board blocked (only three-phase AC stack motor) or plug to motor not plugged in (not with brushless stack motor 500 W and reversing motor).
