Error Code 093-599 Xerox Color Cube 8700

Hello community,
I got a Xerox Error message and I can't find a solution for it.
ERROR Code 093-599.

  • last firmware is installed
  • 10 times rebooted same result
  • lock of the color cube ink sticks is OPEN? don't know why
  • Xerox Model 8700 (wax printer)

would be really great if somebody can help me.
 
Printhead Level Sense Fault

Check improperly installed sticks
Turn Off the and wait 30 min
See if you can find where the contamination came from
