DryStar 3000 Combination/ Coating SM/CD 102 Plus - #90 ERROR in Dryer

Our DryStar 3000 Combination/ Coating SM/CD 102 Plus IR dryer is experiencing a #90 fault. Can anyone guide me to the source of the error? I'm currently in wait for a technical service call back.

Is this machine cp2000 ?? Please enter to the varnish menu and give me the code of issue ,

 

Drystar 3000 is show only in CP2000. Take a picture of status in there . You can see it in the screen of cp2000? SPS is running? Take a picture

can you help me
i have aproblem in dryer drystar 3000
machine hidelberg cd102 plus
the dryer not appear on cp2000
i note that dryer plc bachmann orange led init is ON
and green RUN led is OFF
and the plc can address at H on 0 - L on 0

You have to check the power supply , or purple communcation cable ,( is the any shunt )
