Drystar 2000 error

We have a 6 color sm102 with a coater. On the Drystar 2000 electrical cabinet I am getting a error 1700 plc backup battery error. In the lower middle position of the plc there is a battery and I changed it but I still have the error. Is there another battery somewhere or do I need to do another step.
