drying troubles

Hi there , I am having problems with drying ink on foil we have been running foil for years .We are useing oxi inks ,we also put ink drying stimulator in the fountain solution .We are also coating the sheet with a gloss AQ .Since we have been coating the sheet it was better because it sealed it and we were able to cut it faster . But in the last two months we are having trouble with it drying sometimes three days to dry .It is only on the spots were it is ink on foil not were we print on white Can any one help ?
