Docucolor 5000 (4-350 Code) Need Help! Can resolve the problems!!!!

Please anyone can help me with a 4-350 Code on my Docucolor 5000, We change the Sub Driver PWB and the problems don't go and the Blower Fan do not have a part number because is not a spaired part, what I can do????

I know i am a little late on responding to this, but when we get this code it is generally when the fuser drawer isnt registering to the machine. Try opening and closing it and make sure you hear the "click" there are pins and hardware that tend to come loose when people are pushing it in a little "too" hard.

Thanks for your response but I really don't understand what you mean with the fuser drawer and where I need to leasing the "click", I'm not understand why this machine do this and I'm ordering the IO PWB and is expensive and now I don't know if these correct the problem.

Open the 2 front doors and pull out the #4 unit, push it back in, and listen for a click.
