try a new batch of ink first it might just have to much tack and or try a different manufacturer brand, it might not be you at all! make sure your blankets are in good nick, because the edges of the blanket get compressed from the paper less, so they will always have more pressure out to the sides which compiles your probs. remember to clean your impression cylinders before you run the wider web in or your asking for trouble straight off the bat, with ink being transfered onto it from both sides in one hit doubled with the extra compression from the build up on the impression cylinder and extra thickness of the blanket sides the paper will surely delaminate, the blanket side has the most tack so more often than not the delaminated surface will happily follow the blanket into a nice wrap around for you to deal with! one easy little trick around it is clean your blankets before you feed the wider web in champ! if you are pressed for time spray a little ink reducer or stop set spray onto the edges of your web, that should see you right for a quick fix champ, don't go to overboard or you'll contaminate your ink chain and end up washing up which takes longer than cleaning your blankets thus defeats the purpose!
hope anything helped
