Cylinder grippers biting problem

    Hello, I am having problem on my kord Heidelberg 64, I don't know how to adjust my cylinder grippers... They keep destroying the paper.. Can anyone Plz help me on my problem

    if they are like the qm-46 ..then most likely you have collapsed springs causing the bite???

    What's qm 46...n might be a spring problem Cuz some grippers open wider than others
