After a little info if possible.

Were a digital printer, but were sending an awful lot of litho work out to other companies.

If i was in a position to buy a 4 colour press....

What are the processes?

How much does it cost to lease one?

How much does it cost to make plates?

Wow , short question......very long answer
what size of press are you thinking of ?
you can start with a used A-3 4 color basic press and go up to A-1 full auto new high tec press and more.
you can start at 25000 Euro and go up to 2500000 Euro and more.
The question is what kind of work you do ?? , what kind of work you would like to do ?? and what is the volume you are planing on (if you are planing)
Leasing an offset press ?
Well you can buy one with finance but it is not like with the digital machines and offset presses are planed to last way longer.
Plates ? first start with the size of press you need , but you will need a CTP and this starts used (good one) at 30000 Euro and up to 250000 Euro for top spec new system. the plate it self is cheap - about 8$ Sq' meter.
