Cron CTP 3624EX+ Llaser Power Locking Error 40961208

I HAVE Cron CTP 3624 2014, has problem with laser power locking, the code is 40961208, please help me
 
Probably just needs the lense or laser power sensor cleaning . Power switch side top panel . Wind the lead screw away to see the sensor on the left . Clean with a soft cloth . Same with lense .
