Click Charges based on size??

Hi, Is anyone being charged "double" for large sheets on their service contract? I was "sold" that the service click charges would be one price and was given a service contract that charged double for large sheets. Unfortunately the service contract was signed without noticing the "fine print" and we are stuck Anyone else have this problem with Konica Minolta? Our press is a C5500. Any suggestions?
