    Fuser is seperating

Those canon's are bad about running hot. The clear plastic is the fuser roller breaking apart . (better have a replacement handy) It is actually the coating on the fuser roller. If there is some bubbled up on the fuser still, The prints will be horrible. You can go ahead and peel the layer off to get by where it is not rolled up so it will be even.

The cleaning blade can stop cleaning the transfer belt. I doubt you can change that yourself. Are you under service contract?

You might have a really bad cleaning blade that is leaving that strip of toner on the belt. You can pull the cleaning blade out inside the front door. It's a small handle that has a single screw that holds the cleaning blade in. (best to have a magnetized phillips screwdriver so you don't drop the screw.)

It also could be excess toner has gotten under the belt and is causing the color-to-color registration problem. You may have to have the transfer belt assembly rollers cleaned under the belt (or replaced) and clean any toner very very carefully from the back side of the transfer belt.

Edit: sorry, posted at the same time as tmbusby was posting above. The fusers on our 3220/3200 also died in a dramatic fashion at around 90,000 to 100,000 11x17s - once they get a defect the one roller usually deforms very badly within 1000 or 2000 prints and then causes a jam - when you pull it to look after the failure, the one roller looks like melted play-doe for an inch or two. Our earlier generation color canon fusers had the same roller death.
