Canon Imagepress 7000vp stitching options

We run Canon Imagepress 7000vp's with saddle stitching and Fiery 3000 servers. I'm looking to see if anyone has found a way to saddle stitch and trim booklet sizes outside the preset parameters called out on the Fiery. In particular, 9 x 12 stitched as 6 x 9 and trimmed to 5.5 x 8.5, and 9 x 16 stitched as 8 x 9 and trimmed as 7.5 x 8.5.

Anybody ever asked for this mod from Fiery/Canon?
