Blanket Loosening

Hie guys am running a Komori LS40 and am having a problem with the first unit blanket getting loose during the run. I have to tighten it after about every 1500 impressions. Called in an engineer and he said it was the spring on the blanket tensioning bolt. He changed it but still the problem is there. Please help guys.

 

Maybe too much pressure plate to blanket, blanket to impression?

 

are you sure the blanket is not pulling out of the clamp?

 

Thanks guys for your responses the problem was solved by loosening the worm gear holder and pushing the worm gear to the other gear and we tightened it.
