I own an hp 9000 large format printer, and I'm looking for the best way to contour cutting vinyl.
I'm undecided about buying a roland CAMM-1 Servo GX-24 Desktop Vinyl Cutter. I appreciate if someone can tell me if this cuter will do the job and will synchronize well with my printer..

Based on my experience dealing with vinyl and laminate cutting, there are only two machines that work well for printing & cutting laminate applications: the Gerber and the Rowland Versa-camm. The problem with most of these machines, they only "kiss cut" the material, which requires you to manually cut away the excess. What mil are you working with, and what size? I hope this helps.
