Air Bubbles on Hydrolic Tank-Polar 115-monitor

Dear friends,
I have a polar 115 EMC paper cutter.
when switching on machine buildup air bubbles without cutting or clamping.
already replaced all o-rings on the solenoid and mounting plate.
but the issue not solved.
clamp and cutting working.
clamp pressure too low.
increase air bubbles when clamping and cutting.
oil changed with HD-46 hydraulic oil.
please advise me about the necessary actions.

Hi sir:

Look 1) Gasket in the pump

2)Cooper gasket screw in the pump

3) O-rings in the control block

4) copper in screw in the working cylinder

5) Not enough oil, and NOT addecuate according with the Viscosity the Polar recommend

6) Air in the complete system,: Bledding until NOT air there

7) tight all Pipes , and loock if the cooper is o.k in any scew

8) look for leaking in hydraulic solenoid in gasket, and cooper

Thanks for your attention.
I replaced 02 nos oil seals (27*18*7) in the pump.
Air bubbles not visible in the tank.
pressure ok.

sir good day, we have the same problem for our polar 115E. can i ask for the size of oil seals for the pump? we don't have a parts book, so that we can purchase it in advance. Thank you and God Bless ..

Normally the pump has only Washers.
However some times: can use O-ring: OR 10 x 3,

outer diameter-27mm
inner diameter -18mm
thickness-7mm
take off 8mm Allen screws and open the front side (pully side) then replace oil seals.

remove Allen screws on the pump front(pully)side and replace oil seals (02 nos).

Is there aseal at the back cover of the pump,what is the size.
