I will give you the best advise - first learn what you want , what you can and what is the competition around ,
Do not do anything before that.

Now , the next step will be to know your budget !

I can give you the best result for 10000000 Euro..... but do you have them ?
I can also give you the best result for printing the same products for 50000 Euro.... but do you have them ?

It all starts with your budget , go's on with your knowledge & capabillity and ends with your competition.

buying equipment is easy , you take the money , send it for the goods and start your printshop , but will it be able to keep on working for long ? will you make alivving from it ? will it be able to grow ?
do you have the need for a shop ? maybe 20 others have started one and they are all struggelling ?

Take it the slow way - make sure you are doing the right things as loosing money is much easier then earning it...

    Talk to me
    Good luck
    Meny

    Hi Meny,

    Thank you for the advice.

As for now am running more than 10yrs a secretarial bureau and we can do business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, booklets, business forms and is one of the best in the city but thing when it comes to the bulk printing I found we are expensive than printers so we advise our clients to other printers, as we are planning to open the printing press to capture the market too. I cant denied there are more than 5 giant printing press but there are still open windows due to the needs of customers and its something new in my city so the competition is not very tough. for the start up I will be able to invest about 10,000,000Euro. Please advise me on best machinery, and other related things on this business.

    Thank you.

    Dear Sir

I will start from the end - did you write 10.000.000 Euro as your starting budget ?
10000000 is TEN MILLION EURO ?????

If this is right , then do not expect an answer - you are not a jenuin buyer . I am willing to bet no printshop in your country has equipment at half this money.....

Now what is your real budget or are you just makeing a game ?????

    Best regards

    Meny

Come on , do you orint US$$$$ for a living ?

I am in favor of good jokes , but this one is too good..... :)

When you get in to a reasonable frame and need help =- let me know

For now , i will stop this conversation as it is not real.

    Hi Rissio

I know them all , and still manage to sell to Africa
    carefully , slow & safe.
Some are crooks , some are bad , but some are good people

I do not turn the good ones back due to the bad ones - Africa is a big place , and a good one for business,,,,, as long as you are very careful.

    Thank's & best regards

Yes i can sell you a printing machine and ancilliary equipment........
You can pay me the full cost for the equipment when it all arrives in Tanzania, all i would require would be a small deposit to cover my costs.......

If I had 10 million Dollars or Euro (doesn't matter which) as capital, I would think that I'd be looking at some other industry other than printing in order to invest my money on. Who invests 10 million on printing?
