A B Dick 9810 XCS "Start Relay" part number and loaction needed.

I have an A B Dick 9810 2c which was given to me by a friend who closed his shop. When you lift the start switch the motor will jolt once and attempt to start, but not continue running. He was told by a A B Dick repairman it needed a "Start Relay", but since he was closing, had run it for the last week of business on an extension cord plugged directly to the motor. It will run this way but I need to know the part number for this "Start Relay" and the physical location of the relay. Thank you. God bless. James Galyon. Agape Graphics

book , but i do not see any S.Relay.

 

For physics location I would trace the wires which power the motor.
