I've Posted Before About This Paper But Still Havn't Mastered It I've Tried The Decurler That Doesn't Work I've Tried Changing Fuser Which Works For A While Then Starts Jamming Again.

The Worst Is That It Doesnt Run Into The Stacker Ever!

This paper Carry's so much static that when i knock it up and touch metal it gives me a big static shock thats how much this paper is carrying.

If someone could help me on what to do as this paper is different to all the rest we use i just want to get it to run into the stacker with no problems but due to all the static I cannot.

If all the static eliminators in the stacker are working and the enviroment is good espcially the humidity (30% and above), you have conditioned the paper etc reduced the transfer currents there is not alot you can really do.

The only other thibg you can try is to reduce the transfer voltage in DC131.

Navigate to the Transfer tab and there is a setting for Transfer Voltage. It is default at 6500 volts. You can reduce this - I have gone down to 5000 volts without seeing mottle appear. Try this. I can't remember the NVM location off the top of my head but when I get to my next customer I will look it up on the PSIP and post This value has helped when running nevertear

If this doesn't help it is down to the paper I am afraid - you need to change the stock

The DC131 location you require to change is 4183 Transfer/Detack Wire Voltage.

The down side is you may get mottle/poor transfer so if you do change it to a lower value keep this in mind when you are running other stocks

If you have any anti-static fluid you might try cleaning the anti-static brushes along the paper path, especially those at the stacker.
