90gsm Silk Static Ridden And curly at the best of times

Hey people I've tried to find a happy medium with this paper but neither the iGen 3 or the 150 like it. I've got it running right the way to the stacker but the stacker is the problem now and when I watch it stacking inside the right hand side of the paper sticks to the top of the belt making the next sheet hit into it and causing a stacker jam and never having a consistency when printing as it always does it no matter if I turn it over or slow the press down or decurler optimise.

Is the static fiber bar installed in the stacker? There should be one at the entrance to the pallet from the exit rolls.

Yes it is installed but i don't think it's doing anything at all anything i can do to improve it

Clean the static eliminator (grey or cream square bar just before the pallet entrance) with a lint free cloth or a brush. If they get dirty they stop working. Do the same with the one on the top tray exit

MarkD That Didn't Work Either, We now run 90gsm silk as a permanent paper and my my at certain times it can get so frustrating the stacker pile will not stack neatly at all on the 150 but on the iGen 3 it runs sweet as a nut.(touch wood lol) Is there any way of improving the stacking method without using the decurler or cleaning the static bar? Just want to know if there's anything advanced like in the diagnostics that can tell the stacker to elevate up and down quicker to stop it all crashing into each other. not sure if it will work with a digital machine...but with the offset press to eliminate static I will take a spray bottle of h20 and just spray a very fine mist on side edge of the paper
