Ok so perfector works great ran over 100k 28x40 work last week when we went to put it back in straight print. The engageing rachcet was off like half inch once press was put into zero position, it has always lined up perfect in zero postion to allow it to engage with locking pin. it looks like the storage drum rotated some how we got it back into straight print but something is not right if the engaging ratchet doesn't engage at zero position.

    Anyone else have this happen?
Thanks in adavance for any fed back.
    Hope i was thorough enough

Very common issue in manual changeover press. Restoration of zero positioning of storage drum is a relatively easy task, do you have in your shop the rezeroing sheet to complete this task? If so, simply follow the directions closely. If not, email me at mqgpress@aol.com, and I will email you a copy.
