80gsm offset feeding problem

    Does anyone have a sure fire way of printing 80gsm offset at speed?
    All other stocks are ok.
    I've tried so many ways with sheet separators/ Air that I'm loosing my will.
    Does anyone use brush sheet separators? As we don't have any, I'm thinking this could help.
    What position of suckers/ pressure foot hight, and yes I've read the manual recommendations.
    Mainly the problems are coming from the feeder head and not the lays etc.

    Use as little air as possible, pressure fot low. Good luck
