78 ED Cutter not responding when in automatic run

Hello Everybody

I have a 78 ed cutter was working fine until a couple hours ago

started of the day running awesome, programing jobs cutting them down but know for some strange reason when we program a job and we start with first cut it freezes, icon on screen still purple like if its still in cycle but wont change have to press off program button and manually choose next cut.

it only happens when we do the first cut .. but i can have it on automatic press the equal sign and it advances to the next cut but once i cut it freezes ..

any help would be much appreciated!!!!!!!

 

Hi sir:
Look for the CPU board this:
1. A reset key with integrated LED V1 „LED -
ON = computer active“

2. LED V4 which indicates recognition of a
reference point for backgauge positioning by
briefly lighting up

3) If everything is o.k Reset the key S1 For CPU, and see if the machine can work?

4) If does not work, after reset see; knife upstroke control (MHS 95), This circuit work with Backgauge board SAP.
